Resolution

  1. Contact Sage Customer Support to provide you with the latest registry update file.
  2. Extract the contents of the ZIP file to your computer.
  3. Double-click to run the registry update.
  4. Once installed, restart the computer.
  5. Access your payroll system.
  6. Go to the affected screen to confirm the change applied correctly.
