There may be several reasons causing the above error such as, but not limited to: 


A. Insufficient System Specifications 

Consult with Sage Evolution Support for the Sage recommended System Specifications for Sage 200 Evolution.

 

B. Unstable network 

Always ensure you have a stable network between the Evolution server and all workstations. 

Refrain from connecting your workstations with the server using a WiFi connection if working in a Local Area Network environment. 

In this case, always make use of Ethernet cabling. 


C. Antivirus Software 

Your local antivirus package may be interfering with your local worksation/s connection with the server. 

Run detailed network diagnostic tests to establish network stability. 

For example, in a specific query, the error was caused by an antivirus package called Malwarebytes.

Therefore, consider configuring your antivirus settings to allow an unfettered Sage 200 Evolution network connection with all workstations.

  

D. Evolution uninstallation/reinstallation required 

In some cases, the above error may be due to damaged Evolution system files. 

Therefore, consider uninstalling and re-install Evolution on the local PC where the above error is observed.
