Description

The minimum requirements for the payroll application require Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 (Which includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) and 4.8 for specific system features.

Most computers have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 or higher Some feature require activation for the payroll application to run successfully.

Resolution

  • Access your computer's Control Panel. 
  • Select Programs and Features. 
  • Select Turn Windows features on or off. 
  • Tick all boxes related to .NET Framework 4.5 or higher versions.

NOTE:

If you can’t tick the boxes, contact your IT team to download and install .NET Framework 4.5 or higher.
