Most computers have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 or higher Some feature require activation for the payroll application to run successfully.

Resolution

  • Access your computer's Control Panel. 
  • Select Programs and Features. 
  • Select Turn Windows features on or off. 
  • Tick all boxes related to .NET Framework 4.5 or higher versions.

If you can’t tick the boxes, contact your IT team to download and install .NET Framework 4.5 or higher.
