How do I enter my Site Code or Customer Number when calling Sage Customer Support?

Summary

To ensure that your call reaches the correct Product Technical Support team, we require that you enter your Site Code or Customer Number when calling Sage.

Description

When you contact Sage South Africa telephonically, you will be prompted to confirm what assistance you require, and then enter your Site Code or Customer Number, for you to connect to the correct technical team for your licensed Sage software.

Resolution

Your Site Code (also known as you Customer Number) may be found on the Company Listing screen of your payroll.

 TIP: The Site Code can also be viewed on your Sage invoice.

When the telephone system prompts you for your Site Code or Customer Number, please enter your Site Code by referring to the letters and numbers on the telephone keypad.

In cases where your Site Code is preceded by a letter of the alphabet, please use the corresponding number related to that letter: 

  1. = Not applicable 
  2. = A, B, C
  3. = D, E, F
  4. = G, H, I 
  5. = J, K, L 
  6. = M, N, O
  7. = P, Q, R, S
  8. = T, U, V
  9. = W, X, Y, Z

 EXAMPLE: 

  • Your Site Code is Z00001 >  On the phone keypad enter 900001
  • Your Site Code is U00000 > On the phone keypad enter 800000
