How to enter your Site Code or Customer Number when contacting Sage Customer Support in South Africa.

Description

When you call Sage South Africa, the system prompts you to select the type of assistance you need. You'll then enter your Site Code or Customer Number.

Resolution

Your Site Code (also called Customer Number) appears on the Company Listing screen in your payroll. You can also find it on your Sage invoice.

When prompted, enter your Site Code using the telephone keypad. If your Site Code starts with a letter, use the corresponding number:

  • A, B, C = 2
  • D, E, F = 3
  • G, H, I = 4
  • J, K, L = 5
  • M, N, O = 6
  • P, Q, R, S = 7
  • T, U, V = 8
  • W, X, Y, Z = 9

Examples:

  • Site Code Z00001 → Enter 900001
  • Site Code U00000 → Enter 800000
