FieldDescription
Sync all Self Service Transactions for Company XXXWhen Selecting this option all fixed information changes, travel and custom claims and leave transactions will update from Sage Self Service to SBCPP.
Sync all Leave Balances for Company xxxThis process will update the leave balances as on SBCPP to Sage Self Service. It is important to do this syncing each time you synchronised transactions. Payroll leave rules are applied when the leave is imported from Sage Self Service. It can happen that on Sage Self Service the end user counted 3 days of leave taken, but according to Payroll rules it is just 2 days. Then the Balance in Sage Self Service will not be synchronised with the balance in Payroll. Using this option will ensure that the two balances align.

  • Print the reports to verify the transactions
  • Select the range
  • Select 'List of all Leave Detail updated'
  • Click on Print, which will open the report in Excel
