Sage Intelligence S1T00 error message advising report timed out.

Resolution

  1. Go to C:\Pastel19\Custom\SageIntelligence or C:\Xpress19\Custom\SageIntelligence.
  2. If the error occurs on a workstation, modify the ALCHEMEX.INI on the Pastel mapped network drive.
  3. Open ALCHEMEX.INI in a text editor like Notepad.
  4. Change the Timeout to 32767.

  6. Restart the machine to apply the changes.
