Resolution

The Employment Equity Contact Person Screen on the system contains all the information of the contact person that manages the Equity process at the company. The details entered on this screen forms part of the Equity Reporting. Ensure that this screen is updated with the latest information.

This is a global screen, which means that the information entered here will be applicable to all the companies in the same Payroll Directory and will automatically update the Company Equity Screen for each company.

To access the Employment Equity Contact Person Screen, from the Company Listing Screen:

  • Click on Options
  • Click on RSA Employment Equity

NOTE: The Employment Equity Contact Person Screen is a global screen. Should the contact person information not be the same for all the companies in the same directory, it must be changed before printing the reports for that specific company or group of companies. This can be done during the printing process.
