Description

You are creating the IRP5 file for the Interim Reconciliation.

The following error apears on the Validation report:

Cause

Payroll is performing a Mid-year validation using the March - August payroll values. Values after August are not currently included in the calculation.

Resolution

Current work around:

On the employee's Information (IS) screen, under the Statutory Details tab, access the "Details of Directives" button, then remove the value of the directive for the period/s after August.

Complete the Mid-year submission to SARS.

Add the value/s back so that the value on Details of Directives and the payslip balance for year-end (February 2022).
