How to update the OID Annual Limit (earnings threshold) on your payroll

You can update the Annual OID limit when the Minister or Director General of Employment and Labour publishes the new limit.

The OID Earnings threshold isn't available at the time when we release updated software. 

1. From the Main Menu, go to Company, then select Basic Company Information
2. Change the value of the 'OID Annual Limit' to the limit for the specific assessment year
3. The new limit now applies to the OID Report

 NOTE: It is your responsibility to update the limit when published in all South African companies. 

 EXAMPLE: See below.  

 NOTE: The Annual OID limit applies to the OID Report (Detailed and Summary) and Excel CF-2A Report.
