When running the IRP5/IT3a report, the error message appears (example):

- You will need to determine why the tax Year To Date is negative
- Could be manual tax adjustments
- Employees transferred in incorrect periods
- Employees transferred bbetween different payment cycles
- If the error appears when running the Periodic Reconciliation (March to August) adjustments need to be made
