Description

When running the IRP5/IT3a report, the error message appears (example):

Resolution

  • You will need to determine why the tax Year To Date is negative
    • Could be manual tax adjustments
    • Employees transferred in incorrect periods
    • Employees transferred bbetween different payment cycles
  • If the error appears when running the Periodic Reconciliation (March to August) adjustments need to be made

NOTE: Adjustments will affect the PAYE and declaration
