How to download a product update on the Sage Portal

You need access to the Sage Portal to complete these steps. Ensure you have the correct login credentials and permissions to download updates. Update includes critical fixes and new features, so confirm the version you require before proceeding.

Log in to the Sage Portal

1. Go to sage.com and select Login.
2. Enter your credentials and sign in.

Access product updates

1. Select Product Updates from the main menu.
2. Choose People from the list of products.

Download the required version

1. Review the list of available Sage 300 People updates.
2. Select the version you need.
3. On the next screen, choose the file you require and download it.
