Sage Portal - Sign In

Sage 300 People : How to login to Sage Portal

1. Open your Internet browser and navigate to: https://portal.sage.co.za/
   
2. Click on 'Click here to access the Payroll & HR Portal'.
3. Enter your Site Code
4. Enter your Email address as it is on our system
5. Enter your Password
   
6. Click on Sign In.
   

NOTE: If you are login for the first time then you must Reset Password:

                

 

1. Enter your Site Code
2. Enter your email address linked to the company profile.
3. Click on Submit
4. You will now receive an email from with a link to reset your password, click on this link.
5. The below screen will display:
         
6. Enter a new Password.
   NOTE: Your password must have 8 characters with at least one lower and uppercase letter along with one number.  Your password can not be more than 15 characters long.
7. Type the same password into the Confirm Password section.
8. Click on Submit.

You should now be re-directed to the initial login screen and you can use your new password along with your site code and email to login.
