​When importing the IRP5 file into e@syFile, you get the following import errors:

Resolution

  • The error indicates that the record's dates are different from that of other companies included in the multiple company export
  • Check the dates of the company to which the employee was included
    • Possible cause will be the dates of this specific company are for the previous tax year
  • All company dates must be within the same tax year
