We provide more details on which employees the Occupational Injuries and Diseases (OID) report includes. Run the report on Sage VIP Classic, Sage VIP Premier and Sage Cloud Payroll Professional.

Description

The system uses the employee's tax status to determine inclusion in the OID report. 

Resolution

 The report includes the employees with the following tax statuses:

  • Statutory Tables
  • Directive %
  • Temporary/part-time
  • PAYE only
  • PAYE Director
  • Temporary Director
  • Directive Director
  • No Tax

 The report excludes the employees with the following tax statuses:

  • PSP - Company
  • PSP - trust
  • Independent Contractor
  • Labour Broker IRP30
  • Labour Broker no IRP30
  • ResNonExecDirector
  • NoResNonExecDir (PAYE)
  • NoResNonExecDir (Dir%)
  • NoResNonExecDir (Temp)
