​The error appears when the user is trying to enter values on the payslip (can also appear during imports of batches and flexi imports)

The VPEAS file contains the Employee ETI Master and History file

Resolution

  • From the Main Menu
  • Click on Employee
  • Select Change Employee
  • Select the Employee Code
  • Access the Employee Information Screen (IS) ETI tab
  • Link the employee to the Minimum Wage or tick/untick ID field, to activate the ETI record for the employee
