How to log in to and use the Sage Portals for Sage 50cloud Pastel.
Resolution
Logging onto Customer Portal
To access the Customer Portal, click here.

- Enter Your Customer Number.
- Enter the Customer Portal password.
- Select Sign-in.
NOTE: If you don't remember your password, click the Reset Password option.
- Select the current active serial number that you’re using.
- If there are any invoices due, a pop-up showing the outstanding invoice/s will appear.
Resources available on Customer Portal
On the Home screen, you can:
- View outstanding balances
- Check your next renewal date
- Register your product
- Convert from Sage 50cloud Pastel to Sage Accounting (Online)
- View Statements and Invoices
- Check important notifications
- Go to the Community Hub and Knowledge Base

My Account Tab
Account Management:

- Add and maintain site users
- Update contact details
- View account status
- View Pervasive license keys (Only for Client/Server)
- View Incidents logged
- View your statement
- View renewal invoices
- View linked dealer information
- Check T&C's
- View transactions assigned to your account
Register your software
Purchased a new add-on module?
- Put the serial number for the add-on module in the box provided and select Add module
- Generate a new registration code by clicking the Generate code box
NOTE: Ensure the access code in the box matches the access code from 'Help and Register your Package', or the registration code won't work.
