Resolution
- Go to Banking then Transactions.
- Select Manage Bank Feeds and click Update Login Details.
- Re-enter your online banking credentials and click Update.
- Click Save.
A pop-up blocker can cause the screen to fail when you need to enter your online banking login credentials.

If the issue persists, log in to your online banking and ensure that you accept and close any additional screens.
