Activate Stop Further Entry

Description

The 'Stop Further Entry' (SFE) function in payroll prevents any additional entries or changes to an employee's payroll record after a certain point.

Resolution

  1. Access your payroll company from the Company Listing screen.
  2. From the Main Screen, select Company, then select Stop Further Entry.
  3. Select Activate Stop Further Entry.
  4. Select the option to activate:
    • Activate SFE for Payroll: Stops all entry payroll and employee record input
    • Activate SFE for Leave: Stops any leave changes for the current processing period
  5. Select Save to return to the Main screen.

The 'Stop Further Entry' banner now appears on the Main Menu.
