Resolution
- Access the Pegg icon that appears on the Company Listing Screen when you open your icon, or on the Main Menu

- Once the icon opens, a Pegg landing page will appear:

- You can select from a list of topics or type your question into the ‘Type your message…’ section and press enter to send
- Pegg will respond with an answer and will give you an option to vote on whether this answer was helpful (Thumbs up) or not helpful (Thumbs down)
- To close your pegg screen, just click on the Pegg Icon on the top of your screen.
