Description

You may observe that not all companies’ data have been included in a consolidated company Sage Intelligence report. It may be that only one company is contributing towards the consolidated company report.

In this case the user has established a new consolidated Sage Intelligence report to draw together the data from various Evolution companies by using the attached setup guide on how to accomplish it.

Resolution

First note the above-mentioned issue may be due to the server PC name been changed since the consolidated report has been created.

Consider the following steps to resolve the above issue:

1. Usually, when you setup a new consolidated report layout within the Sage Intelligence Connecter screen, the Windows Server PC name is referred to in the  field marked below, in addition to the Use Auto Connection System option selected.

2. Therefore, one way to resolve this matter is to do the following:

  • Unselect the Use Auto Connection System option,
  • enter the Localhost\SQL instance name value (as seen below),
  • enter the User ID value = sa (the SQL instance main user), and
  • enter the sa user’s password.

3. Ensure the rest of the steps in the attached guide is adhered to.

4. When done, click the Apply button on the top right of the screen to save your changes.
