Description
Installing the latest versions will ensure your payroll software is compatible with the SARS software for submissions.
Resolution
You need to update your payroll software to Release 6.5a (available mid-September 2025) to submit your reconciliation for March to August 2025.
- The update includes new IRP5 codes and validations SARS applies for this tax year
- This version ensures your tax certificate file works with the latest e@syFile™ Employer software
- You can download the software from the Sage Portal
NOTE: Update your system once you started a new pay period in all companies. Do this before paying employees or printing final reports.
