Summary

The below is a summary of the reports that you would potentially print during the submission period in your Sage Business Cloud Payroll software.

Resolution

NOTE:

The below reports will be generated when you generate the Year End Electronic Certificate or the Mid Year Electronic Certificates.

Report 1: EMP 501, that can be selected as either Mid Year or Year End, please refer to the guide below:

Report 2: Tax Certificates. This report will only generate when you do the Year End Electronic Certificate. please refer to the guide below:

Report 3: Reconciliation Report, that can be selected as either Mid Year or Year End, please refer to the guide below:

NOTE:

You can also view the EMP501 report and the Reconciliation report when you select reports - Tax reconciliation. Tax certificates are only generated when you generate the Year End Electronic Certificate. The validation report is also available when you select Reports - Tax reconciliation.When you select Reports - Tax reconciliation it will reflect the current tax year information - if you require the report for a previous tax year you will need to first navigate to the required previous tax year.
