Keep your company information updated with Sage on the Sage Portal. This applies to Sage VIP Classic, Sage VIP Premier, Sage Payroll Professional, Sage 300 People, and Sage Pastel Payroll.

Description

You can view and update your company details online using the Sage Portal. 

NOTE:

Only a Default (Admin) user can change and save these details.

Resolution

  1. Open the Sage Portal in your browser.
  2. Log in using your site code, email address, and password.
  3. Click Sign In.
  4. Select My account from the menu.
  5. Select Account management.
  6. Select Company details.
  7. Update the required company information.
  8. Select Update details to save your changes.
