This article will guide you to access the Sage Portal to update your company information and contact persons. (Sage Classic, Sage Premier, Sage 200c VIP, Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional)
Resolution
You will be able to update and maintain details of your company online.
- Access the Sage Portal (https://portal.sage.co.za/)
- Access the HR and Payroll Portal
- Enter your Site Code, Primary email address and Password
- Click on Sign In
- From the menu options, Select My Account
- Select Account Management
- Click on Company Details
This section will display details regarding your Company Credit Information and Outstanding Invoices
- Select
to send an email to Sage Credit Control
- Select
to view the last statement that was sent to you
- The Outstanding Invoices section will display all your invoices. You will be able open the invoice and email as attachment to a specific account
NOTE: Please take note of the following:
- You will not receive a statement if your account balance is zero.
- All statement and invoices are sent at the end of the month. All emails will be sent from [email protected]. Please ensure to check your spam/junk mail folder if you do not receive the email
Payments can be made via Sage Pay on the website
