How to reset your Sage account password

Steps to reset your Sage account password if you're unable to log in to your account.

1. Go to Sage Payroll Professional.
2. Click Log in.
3. Enter your email address on the Sage account log in screen. 
4. Click Continue.
5. Click Forgot password?
6. Confirm your email address and click Send email.
7. Access your email account.
8. Open the email with the subject 'Reset your Sage password'.
9. Click the link Use this link to reset your password in the email.
10. A webpage 'Create a new password' opens in your browser. 
11. Enter your new password.
12. Renter the new password.

13. Click Reset password.
14. The onscreen message confirms the password change.
15. Click Continue.
