Customer Zone - Pay Account

Sage Pastel Payroll: How do I pay my account using the Customer Zone?

1. Open your Internet browser and navigate to https://portal.sage.co.za/
2. Enter your Site Code
3. Enter your Email adress as it is on our system
4. Enter your Password

5. Select Sign In
6. Select My Account on the left hand side
7. Select Pay Online
   
   
8. Enter your Site Code
   
9. The system will locate your site code along with your company details, please fill in:
   1. Contact Person
   2. Email
   3. Cell Number
   4. Telephone number
   5. The Payment amount
   6. Additional Note
      
10. Click on Submit
11. On the next screen, make sure your email address an Mobile number is entered correctly
12. Select your prefered payment method:
    

NOTE: Depending on your prefered payment method, the next screens will be different for each method.  Fill in the payment screen and continue with the Payment Portal.
