Mobile Payslips is the electronic delivery of an employee payslip in the cloud. Employees access their payslips via an app or webpage.
NOTE: Mobility Payslips setup won’t be available if you’re licensed for Sage Self Service.
Setting up Mobility Payslips consist of two sections:

| 5 | Create a Company for Mobility to register in the cloud The Company Information will default from the Basic Company Information Screen. However, changes made to this screen won’t change the Basic Company Information Screen. The maximum field length is 50 characters. You won't be able to change the following details:
Once you've complete the Company Detail, click the ‘Upload’ button to register the Company Information in the Cloud. | |
| 6 | Complete Administrator Details - Upload in the Cloud Once you've uploaded the Company, you'll need to compete the Administrator Details. The maximum field length for the Email Address is 50 characters long. The Administrator email will be the Email Address used as the ‘From Email Address’ for employee activation emails.

| 1 | Access the Mobility Company Setup Screen

| 2 | Step 1 - Generate Employee Consent forms All employees need to provide consent for the employer to upload the employee payslips to the cloud. The employees will access their payslips through the mobile app or website. Once employees have signed and returned their forms, you can continue to the next step. | |
| 3 | Step 2 - Activate Consent Flags This step will allow you to activate Mobility per employee record:
The system flags the record on the Employee Information (IS) screen Analysis tab, under the section ‘Mobility and Self Service’ | |
| 4 | Step 3 - Upload Selected Employees This step will upload the records to the cloud website. Ensure that all employee records have a valid email address and cellphone number on the Employee Information (IS) Personal Details tab.

Once the setup is complete, employees will receive an SMS with details to access.
The mobile app is available to download from the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play Store (Android phones)

Employees will be able to view payslips and leave balances (which synchronises when you print payslips).
