Steps to exclude an employee record from the Occupational, Injuries and Diseases (OID) report on Sage VIP Classic, Sage VIP Premier, and Sage Payroll Professional.

Description

Employers need to submit their Return of Earnings (ROE) reports annually to the Compensation Commissioner.

Certain employees don't form part of reporting, and you can exclude them from your OID report.

Resolution

  1. From the Main Menu, go to Employee.
  2. Select Change Employee.
  3. Select the employee from the list.
  4. Click Statutory Details tab.
  5. in the OID section, tick Exclude for OID.

The OID report excludes the record from any calculations.
