Company setup: How do I activate the 72 Earning and Deduction lines?

Users can increase the number of defintions by activativating the additional definition lines on Sage VIP Premier and Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional.

  NOTE: This option is not available on Sage VIP Classic. Should you require more definitions, you can upgrade to either Sage VIP Premier or Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional. 

From the Main Menu:

• Select Company > Miscellaneous
• Select the Miscellaneous 2 tab 
• Tick "Activate Additional Earnings and Deductions Functionality" option

This function will increase the number of definitions for 36 to 72 for Earning, Deduction, Calculation and Hours lines as well as activate the Payslip Display Codes functionality.
