There is no need to wait in a telephone support queue, when you can chat online with a support consultant for those short, simple queries.


 NOTE: The Live Chat support feature is ideal for simple, short questions and queries. If your query is more complex in nature, requires any kind of reconciliation, report amendments or is too difficult to explain over Live Chat, you will be referred to the appropriate support channel for assistance. 

There are multiple ways to access Live Chat from within your payroll application, the Payroll Subscription page as well as on Sage Portal.
