Access Live Chat from within your payroll application, the Payroll Subscription page and the Sage Portal.
▼ Access Live Chat on the Active Payroll Subscription and payroll
- Log into Sage Payroll Professional
- Click Chat icon at the bottom right of the screen.
- The option is available on all screens within your payroll application.
▼ Access Live Chat on the Sage Portal
- Go to Sage Portal.
- Log in to the Sage Portal with your site code, primary email address, and password.
- Click Chat to start your chat.
