How to bulk release Tax Certificates to Web Self-Service (WebSS) on Sage 300 People.

Description

After you submit tax, you can bulk release tax certificates to WebSS.

 NOTE: Once released, tax certificates appear on WebSS immediately. Release them only after submitting on e@syFile and confirming all details. 

Resolution

  1. On the Navigation Pane, expand Utilities.
  2. Expand Bulk Employee Update.
  3. Double-click Release Tax Certificate to ESS.
  4. Use the Basic Filter to choose employees.
  5. Click Refresh & Search to display the employee list.
  6. After selecting employees, click Update.
  7. When prompted, click Yes.
  8. Select the Tax Year, then click Update Employees.
  9. Click Yes to process the change and follow the wizard.
  10. Once complete click OK.
