How to update your Sage licence code automatically or manually. It applies to Sage 300 People.

Description

You can renew your Sage licence code automatically if Sage Connect is active. The ALF Region updates based on your license code and determines your support region. For manual renewal, select the correct region to ensure you receive assistance from the right support team.

Resolution

Update the licence code automatically

  1. On the Landing page, select About.
  2. Select License Information.
  3. Select Renewal.

 NOTE: Automatic renewal works only if Sage Connect is active. 

Update the licence code manually

  1. On the Landing page, select About.
  2. Select License Information.
  3. Select the ALF Region applicable to your license.
  4. Select Manual Renewal.
  5. Paste the licence code in the available field.
  6. Select Save.
  7. Select OK.

 NOTE: Always select the correct region for proper support assistance.
