Import Generic Tax File

Keep up to date with African countries’ tax and legislative changes import the latest Generic Tax file for your specific tax country.

1. Open Sage 300 People.
2. In the routing field at the bottom of the Home screen, type --GENTAX and press Enter.
3. On the displayed screen, select the applicable Tax Country.
4. Click Load Items.
5. In the Windows Explorer window, locate and select the applicable Tax Import file.
6. Click OK once the upload is complete.
7. Click Import.
8. Click OK.
9. Click Exit.

You’ve completed the import process. The tax and legislative changes for your selected country are now active in Sage 300 People.
