Resolution

Access the Scheduler Service

  1. Go to C:\SageVIP\People\SchedulerService on the server.
  2. If you can't locate the folder, contact your IT department.

Open the Scheduler Service Configuration screen

  1. Select Show Hidden Icons in the Windows taskbar.
  2. Click the Scheduler Service Configuration icon.

Configure the Scheduler Service

  1. In the configuration screen, select Locate.
  2. Click Next.
  3. Complete all required fields. If you don't have these details, contact your IT department.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Select Finish to complete the setup.
