How to update the OID report option for an employee in Sage 300 People.
The OID report option determines how Sage 300 People includes an employee in on‑duty injury reporting. Set this option at the employee level to ensure accurate statutory reporting.
Only users with access to Employee Management can update this setting. The changes take effect immediately and apply to statutory and compliance reporting.
Update the OID report option for an employee
- On the navigation pane, expand Employee management.
- Double‑click Employee.
- Select the applicable employee.
- Select Employee detail.
- Select the Detail tab.
- Select Statutory definition.
- Choose the required OID report option.
