Error: Not all employees are included when exporting EMP501 History Report for multiple companies

The issue is related to the ETI setup which is not the same in all companies included in the EMP501 History Report, where you selected to print for multiple companies.

It is expected that the ETI setup (where companies are eligable or not) is the same in all companies included in the selection and export.

To rectify the problem, you can follow the steps below:

• Access the Basic Company Information Screen for each company 
• Tick the "Company Eligible" box on the ETI tab 
• Rerun the EMP501 report again.
• You can untick the "Company Eligible" box on ETI tab again, before exporting the IRP5/IT3a Report, if the specific company should not calculated ETI.
