When do I activate leave pay, before or after I have captured wages?

It is recommended that all hours worked are processed in the wage company before leave pay is activated.

It is recommended that all hours worked are processed on payroll before the activation of leave pay. 

CAUTION: If leave pay is deactivated, any manual input done by a user after the activation of leave pay, will be lost.
