Steps to set up Equity Remuneration Control on Sage VIP Classic and Sage VIP Premier.
For Equity reporting, you'll define the settings how the system reports remuneration data for Employment Equity submission.
NOTE:
This is step 11 on the Employment Equity Module implementation checklist. Your Business Partner will help you to set up the Employment Equity module.
- Access your company from the Company Listing screen.
- From the Main Menu, go to Equity.
- Select Equity Remuneration Control.
- Click the radio buttons to display the definition sets to review:
- Earnings
- Company Contributions
- Calculation Fields
- Own Amounts
- Perks Fields
- To include a definition, select to Yes in the Include column.
- Choose the Remuneration type of each included definition:
- Fixed / Guaranteed
- Variable
- Select Yes if the system needs to annualise the remuneration amounts.
- For once off payments, for example Annual Bonus, select No
- Complete the setup for all the definition sets.
- Click Close to return to the Main Menu.
