Ask a question on the Community Hub

How to post a question on the Community Hub forum for Sage VIP Classic and Sage VIP Premier. You'll need to join a product forum to create a post.

1. Access your payroll system from your desktop shortcut.
2. On the Company Listing screen, Click Community Hub icon.
   • The option is available under the Help menu within your company
   • Alternatively, go to Community Hub in your browser
3. Click Login.
   If you haven't joined the forum before, create a Sage account and join the product forum.
4. Click Ask a question.
5. Enter a subject for your discussion or question.
6. Enter details of your question or discussion.
7. Add a tag for your discussion (optional).
   This allows other users to search for similar posts.
8. Click Post.

Other members of the community can comment or reply to your post.
