Resolution

Join the Community Hub

Go to the Community Hub page for Sage VIP Classic and Premier.

TIP:

You can access the Community Hub from your payroll application Help or Quick List menus

Click the green banner to join.

Community Hub forum page to select to join.

Select Login or Create Account.
Enter your Sage account email address.

NOTE:

If you haven’t signed up for a Sage account previously, follow the steps to create and account.

Create a password and select Register.
Once logged in, your profile will appear in green at the top-right corner.
