Available options to back up data

We review the different options to back up data on Sage Payroll Professional. The backup option selected determines what data we include in the archive.

Backup options available

Data for This Company

• This option includes the data of the current company

   

Data for All Companies

• This option includes all the companies in your data directory

Data for Selected Companies

• Allows you (select specific companies to include)

 NOTE: You can retrieve and access the backup from the 'More actions' options on the Active Payroll Subscription screen. 

Retention policy

Archive back-ups created by a user or system before any imports, remains archived for one month only.
