Description
Before doing a roll over to a new pay period, ensure that:
- All new employees have been added,
- The employment has been ended of all employees who will no longer work for you,
- Salaries have been pro-rated for everyone who did not work a full month,
- All input has been processed,
- Payslips and reports have been printed, and
- Employees and third parties have been paid.

There is 3 methods that you can use to roll over to a new period.
Option 1: Company…Manage pay periods:
Click on the button to start the roll over process.
It will open a screen where it will give you the roll over details where it will show you the current period date and the new period date once the Roll Over has been completed.
When you select the finish button the roll over will commence and the system will notify you once the roll over has been completed and the period date on the system will change to the new period date.
Option 2: Current period date on the black navigation bar:
Click on the Current period date on the black navigation bar and then select roll over in the drop-down menu.
It will open a screen where it will give you the roll over details where it will show you the current period date and the new period date once the Roll Over has been completed.
When you select the finish button the roll over will commence and the system will notify you once the Roll Over has been completed and the period date on the system will change to the new period date.
