How to use the Live Chat in Sage Accounting

Resolution

Access the login page for Sage Accounting https://accounting.sageone.co.za/  The following screen will be displayed

Login to your company with your email address and password.

Once logged in the chat will be available in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

The chat widget will open

  1. Enter your name
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Choose a department

Departments:

For Sage Accounting Support - choose Sage Business Cloud Accounting-Technical Support

For Subscription and Account enquiries - choose Sage Business Cloud Renewals

ImageOnce you have chosen your department, type in a message and click on Start Chat

Your chat session will begin

  1. You will now be able to type a message to one of our friendly, knowledgeable consultants:
    • Enter your message in the Type message herebox and press the enter key to send
    • You can attach documents to the chat by making use of the paperclipbutton
    • By Clicking on '...' you will be able to assign a sound once you receive a response, the option to email a transcript of the chat or to change your details
    • Clicking on the Door icon you can leave the chat
  2. Once you have completed your chat, the agent will log out and you will be able torate the chat.  Please rate if your experience was good (thumbs up) or bad (thumbs down) and leave a comment on the service you received:

Support Operating Hours: 

Monday - Thursday: 08:00 to 17:00

Friday: 08:00 to 16:00

Saturday: 09:00 to 12:00

Sunday & Public Holiday: Closed
