Resolution

  • From the main screen of the company go to Employee>Change Employee
  • Validate that all telephone numbers, starts with a 0 (national numbers) or 00 (international numbers)
  • No spaces allowed in the numbers (format must be xxxxxxxxx and not xxx xxx xxxx)
  • No + sign should be in the number, only numeric values allowed
  • All numbers must be at least 9 characters
