Fonts can appear too small or parts of pop-up windows can go off-screen in Sage 50cloud Pastel. This happens because the software relies on your Windows display settings. To fix this, adjust your screen resolution in Windows to ensure all elements display correctly.

Resolution

Windows 11

  1. Right-click on your desktop and select Display Settings.
  2. Scroll to Display Resolution.
  3. Choose the Recommended or a higher resolution.
  4. Select Apply to confirm the change.

Windows 10 

  1. Go to Start then Settings.
  2. Select System then Display.
  3. Under Resolution, choose a setting.
    Higher resolution makes items smaller.
  4. Select Apply to confirm.
  5. Try different settings for best view in Sage 50cloud Pastel.

 TIP: If Sage 50cloud Pastel screens show correctly on a different resolution, try other resolutions to check which will work.
