Iron Tree (Metrofile Cloud) backup service: Post year end

Confirm your Iron Tree backup covers your new company in Sage 50cloud Pastel after a year end. Contact Iron Tree to update your backup setup.

Iron Tree (previously Metrofile Cloud) is a cloud backup service used by some Sage 50cloud Pastel customers. 

When you create a new company during a year end, Iron Tree doesn't know about it yet. They won't back up your new company until you tell them.

When to contact Iron Tree

Contact Iron Tree when your Sage 50cloud Pastel setup changes, including when you:

• Run the year end in a new company
• Upgrade to a new version of Sage 50cloud Pastel
• Move Sage 50cloud Pastel to a new computer

Have the following ready:

• Your Iron Tree account details
• The name of the new company folder (if you ran the year end in a new company)
• Your Sage 50cloud Pastel version number (if you upgraded)
• Your new computer name (if you moved to a new device)
