Summary

How existing users who already have a Sage Account can log in to Sage Accounting.

Description

Once your Sage Accounting profile is linked to a Sage Account, you must use that account to log in. 

Resolution

Log in using your Sage Account

  1. Go to the Sage Accounting login page.
  2. Select Login with Sage Account.
  3. Enter your email address associated with your Sage Accounting.
  4. Complete the multi-factor authentication (MFA) using your preferred method.
  5. The system will authenticate your credentials and redirect you to your Sage Accounting profile.
